1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.
  • We do not offer partial-period cancellations or monetary refunds for unused portions of the subscription.
  • If you fail to make a payment on time, your subscription may be suspended or terminated without notice.

2. Credit Policy (No Monetary Refunds)

We do not offer refunds in the form of money. However, for users subscribing through intelisa.in, we provide credits that can be used for future purchases on our platform under the following conditions:

 

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing mistake on our part, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction, and we will issue credits to your account.
  • Credits for Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable but we do offer credits in some cases, which can be used on the same platform at a later date.

3. Modifications to this Policy

Intelisa reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Credit Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services will signify acceptance of the revised terms.
